Melissa Ness, JD, MSW founded Connections Unlimited, Inc. in 2002 after many years in the non-profit sector in advocacy, law, and management for a large non-profit organization. Specializing in strategic advocacy, facilitation, building organization capacity and leadership support, through Connections, Melissa has worked with numerous non-profit organizations, foundations and state agencies in Kansas in improving their performance and strategic position.
